Unfortunately, the Federal Government removed Medicare Item Number 288 at very short notice on 1 January 2022. This made it no longer financially viable to bulk bill all patients, as had been the practice until that time. Listed in the table are the  appointment types with the upfront fee, Medicare rebate and out-of-pocket fee. If you have a Health Care Card please talk to reception about how we can support your health care. If you have provided Medicare with your bank account details, the rebate is paid into your account in 24-48 hours.

 

A referral from your GP seeking Opinion and Management Plan is requested. You may be asked to complete and return a questionnaire prior to the appointment.
